Disclaimer

1. No guaranteed outcomes

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error free, or perfectly secure. We do not promise any particular business outcome, revenue level, conversion rate, or performance improvement from our work.

Any examples of results, case studies, metrics, or performance improvements we share are illustrative only and are not guarantees of what you will achieve. Actual results depend on many factors outside our control, including your industry, market conditions, and implementation.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. AI outputs and automation

Our services frequently involve AI systems, automation, and data processing. You acknowledge that:

• AI generated outputs can sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or reflect biases in training data
• Automations may depend on stable inputs, APIs, and systems which may change over time
• It is your responsibility to review and validate AI outputs and automation behavior before relying on them for critical decisions

You must not use our AI-related services to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or create or distribute harmful, misleading, or fraudulent content.

We are not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on AI outputs or automated workflows that we design or help implement.

3. Third-party services

Availability and performance of third-party tools (APIs, hosting platforms, AI providers, automation services) are outside our control. We select reliable providers, but service interruptions, API changes, or policy changes by third parties may affect deliverables.

Any third-party services accessed through or integrated with our work are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties about third-party uptime, security, or continuity, and we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement in connection with those services to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Not professional advice

Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. The content is for informational purposes only. Consult qualified professionals for matters requiring specialized expertise.

5. Technology, not regulated financial services

Where our technology enables financial data processing, creditworthiness signals, or underwriting support for our customers, we provide the technology and infrastructure only.

We do not make credit decisions, issue loans, act as a consumer reporting agency, or provide regulated financial services. Our customers are solely responsible for any lending, underwriting, or financial decisions made using our technology.

Nothing on this page or in our services should be construed as legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice.

6. Testimonials, case studies, and free work

Some of the work we show was done at no cost to the client. We run a Portfolio Program where we build for a small number of businesses for free, and what we receive in return is their participation in a case study, a testimonial, and the right to show the work.

Where a testimonial or case study came from a client who paid us nothing, we say so on the page it appears on. A client who received free work has a connection to us that you should know about when you weigh what they say.

We never ask anyone to say something they do not believe, and nothing we give a client is conditional on them praising us. Clients who received free work are free to say their experience was poor, and we will not take the work back or bill them for it if they do.

Some of the projects we show are our own studio concepts rather than client work. Those are labeled on the page. Where we publish a number, it is either verified by the client or marked as modeled, with the basis for the model stated next to it.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services is limited as described in §17 of our Terms of Service.

In summary, our aggregate liability is capped at the greater of $100 or the total fees you actually paid to us during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude all consequential, incidental, special, indirect, exemplary, punitive, and enhanced damages. See the Terms of Service for the full text and any applicable carve-outs.
