SMS Terms

The Miami Web AI SMS program (the "Program") is operated by Nuko Nova Dynamics LLC doing business as Miami Web AI ("Miami Web AI", "we", "us"). The Program provides transactional SMS replies to customers who initiate contact with our business line at +1 (786) 791-5046 by calling or texting that number.

The Program is intended exclusively for short transactional follow-up (confirmation that a message was received, scheduling a return contact, and answering brief service questions). The Program does not send marketing or promotional messages and does not maintain a marketing list.

You opt in to the Program by one of the following actions:

• Sending an SMS to +1 (786) 791-5046;
• Calling +1 (786) 791-5046 and providing your mobile number when our voice receptionist or operator asks how you would like us to follow up; or
• Replying START after you previously opted out.

By taking any of these actions, you consent to receive transactional SMS replies from this Program at the mobile number you contacted us from (or provided). Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service from Miami Web AI.

Message frequency varies with the length of your conversation. We send no more than 10 messages per conversation thread and typically fewer than 3. We do not send recurring messages outside of an active conversation.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to each message sent or received. Miami Web AI does not charge for participation in the Program. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message you receive from us. We will send one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent.

If you later wish to re-subscribe, reply START from the same mobile number.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is on a best-effort basis and depends on factors outside Miami Web AI's control, including your wireless carrier's network and your device.

Supported carriers in the United States include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and most other major carriers and MVNOs.

Our handling of your mobile number and message content under the Program is described in our SMS Privacy Policy. Mobile information collected under this Program is not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by SMS or by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued participation in the Program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
