Does your AI hire talk to customers? Then you pay the second four weeks only after it handles its first real one.
Your AI hires use outside services: AI models, voice minutes and texts. You pay for what they use. It never comes out of your Upgrade Points.
You pay through your own accounts or a prepaid balance we manage. We set a monthly limit with you on the Plan call. Maya warns you twice before you reach it.

The 48-Hour Hire Guarantee covers it. Your first AI hire works within 48 hours of access, by voice, web chat, email or inside your business. If not, we keep working for free. You may also leave within 30 days of signing. You then pay no Onboarding fee and we refund the last four weeks you paid ahead.

Your part: give us access, send your content and come to the Kickoff call. Have your approver answer within one business day. Keep the day-14 and day-30 check-ins.
Yes. The first term is one year, or 13 four-week Cycles. On Partner that is 13 payments of $1,500 ($19,500 in all). You pay the first and last Cycle at signing, $3,000 on Partner.
The Onboarding fee is 3 Cycles at your Level’s price ($4,500 on Partner). We waive it on the one-year term. You owe it only if you leave early.
You do, through your own accounts or a prepaid balance we manage. Usage never comes out of your Upgrade Points. Those are your Level’s pool for new work.

Yes. Move up any time, or down at renewal. If you use less than half your Upgrade Points two Cycles in a row, we offer you the lower Level. That holds even in your first year.
Your domain, content and data are yours from the start. The code and accounts pass to you at the 13th payment.
A Build you buy outright is yours when it launches.
Within 48 hours of getting access to your systems. It comes with every Membership. It works by voice, web chat, email or inside your business.
Texting starts once your number is registered with the phone companies. That takes about one to two weeks. You get one more AI hire each quarter.
Nothing. It is a written plan for your business. It says what to fix first and what not to buy. It also lists what each build costs and which Level fits.
We walk you through it on the Plan call, within 48 hours of your Fit call.
